I guess I confused you with "SP2" in the subject.

It is the retail box of the Windows XP Upgrade (which is Service Pack
2-based) which upgrades Windows 95, 98 and ME -- whether it's on
system or on CD -- as I detailed in my post.  It upgrades any of the
latter 3 OSes to Windows XP Home SP2, or allows you to install it on a
blank hard drive by inserting a CD of any of the latter 3 OSes.
