That sounds like _exactly_ what I want.

But, unencrypted FTP?
Do they offer at least FTP-SSL/TLS (implicit FTPS) access?

I don't mind maintaining the content (including PHP scripts) and DB
tables.  I just don't want to maintain the infrastructure.
