Of course - but nowadays you're going to be looking at more of a
'workstation' class board.

There are other (mfgs) that have ATX-size boards, but Asus & Tyan are the
ones I'm most familiar with - I haven't had experience with many of the
others (DFI, Foxconn, etc).

IIRC, "VM" in Asus land means built-in video, but I could mistaken on that.
