I _have_ the publication know-how and experience. What I don't have
is real, technical capital in infrastructure. That will take a
sizable investment (5 figures) just to "get started," and will quickly
explode into larger ones (6 figures) to do testing proper -- even with
vendor equipment under test on-load/for-free.
You can't do this shit with unmanaged switches and PC mainboards. ;->
