I found an expert on the Geode NX here:

In a nutshell, the Geode NX uses the same "Mobile" Voltage ID as the
Athlon XP-Mobile (XP-M).  Now it all makes sense.  So the key is to
get a mainboard that supports manual modification of the voltage, or
possibly modify the mainboard physically yourself.

I still can't find someone that sells the Geode NX CPU on its own.  Oh well.
