IPCop is an excellent all-in-one (AIO) security appliance that has not
only traffic graphing:

But traffic shaping as well:

It has the Snort Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and they just released
a good set of Spyware signatures so _when_ (not a matter of "if") your
Windows system is compromised, you'll know it:

It's extremely easy to setup and use (e.g., checking your IDS logs every
day or so -- otherwise it kinda defeats the purpose of having an IDS).
It's up to you how much you want to enable and customize away from the
defaults.
