[Pc_Support] Another power supply to consider? HEC Ace 580UB

While looking around I came across a power supply from a company called
HEC.  The Ace 580UB is SLI certified and has two +12V rails, which
should be enough to power what's needed.  Here's a pretty detailed

Lastly, Froogle lists the PSU at around $60, which makes it pretty
affordable.
