Any recent distro with X.org X11R6.8.2 or later supports the nVidia NV44
(GeForce 6100/6200/6500):  
  http://ftp.x.org/pub/X11R6.8.2/doc/nv.4.html  

So any $50-60 chipset-integrated GeForce 6100 mainboard or a sub-$50
cheap GeForce 6200 card will do "out-of-the-box."
