They have 120mm intake and 120mm outtake fans that go directly over the
CPU area, which is at the bottom.  They start at $80+ (Aerocool Spiral
Galaxies) and I highly recommend the design -- especially for
dual-processor.

The only thing I'd add is a cut-out for a 92mm outtake fan near the hard
drives.  I don't know why they didn't do this on the base model -- it
really needs the cooling in the hard drive area (it's only weakness).
