[Pc_Support] Flipped MicroATX design ...

First time I've seen this in a MicroATX.  
Cooler Master RC-541 series:

CPU at bottom, slots above (with fansink facing up), etc...  There's
even room for 2 outtake and 1 intake (right in the mid-section so it
blows to the slots) fans.
