I did try Cisco's site but must have been entering the wrong magic
words for the search.

I followed the instructions in the docs and did manage to reset the
password.  For some reason I've introduced another problem.  When I use
the '?' for help, some commands don't work when they should.  For
example:

sw-2924>set
% Type "set ?" for a list of subcommands
sw-2924>set ?
% Unrecognized command
sw-2924>

Any ideas?
