My mistake, the 9200 is only DX8.1.  The 9550 can be have for $45 off  
NewEgg, ditto for the Geforce 5000/6000 series which are DX9 compatible.

I know that, but it is at least enough to run the darn thing, which  
is all most people (who aren't interested/willing to pay for a whole  
new POS) want.
