I'd suspect sooner, rather than later, it will be harder to find these this 
cheap.  I went with the 1.4GHz Sempron myself last fall for ~$72 I think.

Would the stock AMD HSF that came with the Sempron be enough?  I wonder if I 
shouldn't get a better HSF for this CPU.

(I always hear horror stories about TD rebates, but I haven't had an issue so 
far having done two or so; I think I started TD rebates after the major 
complaint against them...)
