Yes.  The AMD price cuts hit Monday, July 23rd.  ;->

Understand Intel's new Core 2 (not the Core in notebooks, but the Core 2
_desktop_ processor) will _not_ officially announced until July 23rd.
And even then most retail availability (i.e., for non-Tier 1 PC OEMs)
will _not_ be until mid-August.
