[Pc_Support] "Not enough resources" on fresh Windows 2000 install?

Note: the manual says it only goes as far as 96mb but that may have
changed with a BIOS update.  I've no way to be certain, but with 128mb
of RAM probably going to cost $100 or more its not looking very hopeful.
