Thanks, I went to www.redhat.com & poked around there, but couldn't find 
any free downloads .... clear why now :-). I have & use an older 
version, and am probably going to update that box (GTW WIN2K) to WinXP 
2003 in the near future, & figured I'd update cygwin along with it.
