Never seen a 4-pin PCI-Express power connector, just the 6-pin (2x3)
+12/+12/+12V PCI-Express.

Unless you mean a standard 4-pin (4x1) +5/+12V Molex, or a standard 4-
pin (2x2) +12V/+12V "P4" connector.
