Areca ARC-12xx series.  They use the Intel IOP332/333 X-Scale
processor which has an internal PCI-X to PCIe bridge (i.e., the logic
is still actually PCI-X-based, but internal to the
ASIC/microcontroller).

But there is _no_ 2-port SATA version, _only_ 4+ port.  And they
aren't cheap, that's for sure.
