And it's hard to find this bit (I don't have one and I've searched), so it's hard to get these screws off. I use a small lock wrench from Sears, and carefully (lots of time and patience!) and slowly nudge them off. Mind the wrench's jaw doesn't scratch the tracings on the board!

Sounds like a Torx bit .... Sears & others have them, used in automotive
& apparently computers :-).
