Do they offer a "canned" e-commerce site?

Understand my father just needs basic info/contact content and then a
"simple store" for ordering.  No customization here -- 100% static
content and a "simple store."

The world is in need of solutions.  Unfortunately, people
seem to be more interested in blindly aligning themselves
