[Pc_Support] 68-pin SCSI-SE?

I've got an Iomega Buz drive with an 8-bit SE SCSI adapter (50pin
internal connector) which I was originally going to use on a DLT4000
tape drive. Turned out the tape drive was faulty so I got a new one.
The new DLT7000 drive has a 68pin SE SCSI connector, and I don't have a
cable that will fit it. So... anyone have either a PCI SCSI adapter for
sale that would work for me (I believe I need a 16bit card?), or a cable
that will connect a 68pin device to a 50pin card (with the correct
terminators)? Thanks.
