I have a couple of Seagate 300GBs with 5 year warranty.  It's probably not for 
25x7x365 operation, but neither was my Maxtor 120GB that failed I and was 
sent a warranty replacement just the same.  (My four 1+ year old 120GB WDs 
JDs haven't failed yet, so far.)
