My ISP is Springnet/EOS Inc. in Springfield, IL

The office's ISP is Cass Communications in Easton, IL

I'm using the built-in Windows XP VPN software here and conecting to a 
  Windows 2003 Server with its VPN software.

The disconnect happens with Internet Explorer. The web pages I tried 
to visit at the same time require IE.
