Hmmm, didn't see any Seasonic units in there, let alone the
S12 that Tom's Hardware recommended.

I'm using the Seasonic S12 500W ATX 2.0 in my MicroATX
Chenming 118 (which takes a full ATX PS).  The 120mm fan is
on the inside, and turns at only 1000rpm.  It really keeps my
system cool, pulling air right off the GeForce 7800GTX
underneath.

The ambient temp near the CPU and hard drives never exceeds
31C.
