[Pc_Support] Battlefield 2 on GeForce 7800GTX ... sweet!

Okay, got the game in yesterday, and got a few moments this morning to
try it out. After some resolution fixes**, I had the game running in
1280x960 at 75MHz with "high" detail and 4x4 anti-aliasing. Let me say, it
was nothing but framerate! Looks beautiful, no jaggies, no studder.

In looking at the benchmarks of BF2, I would probably be at sub-30fps
with the same resolution/quality of my old GeForce 6800GT. But with the
GeForce 7800GTX, it's serious eye-candy _and_ good framerates (probably
50+fps).

Not bad considering I only have 1GiB of SDRAM and the CPU is an Athlon64
3200+ Rev. D "Winchester" (Socket-939).

So "scroll," when we going to play on-line? ;->

**NOTE: Stupid AOpen F90GS only reports 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024
as valid resolution over VESA DDC to Windows XP. So I had to manually
add 1280x960 via the nVidia utilities (definitely _not_ something
Windows let's me do on its own -- God I hate Windows' display subsystem)
before I could play in anything but 800x600 or 1024x768.

No such issues for me in Linux/X11 with Doom3 or UT2K4, as Linux/X11
offers such resolutions by default -- after probing the scanrange via
VESA DDC automagically.
