I may be the only one who had this issue, but when I called Monarch Computer 
for a quote for a small shop, I found their voice mail busy back in June or 
July.  It was strange.  I ended up buying a rackmount server from 
rackmountpro.com.

For a personal purchase from Monarch, I ended up with this result[1].  Note 
that, despite my last update, I still do not have the credit applied to my 
card.  I'm going to have to call and play phone tag again I suppose.  Very 
irritating.

Sigh.
