Ack, it wasn't that article.  I have to find the original.  I
incorrectly read what that article said, relating it to
another.

In a nutshell, many of the Tier-1 OEMs have reversed
everything from outsourcing support to continuing to work
non-direct.  I also think it has a lot to do with lack of AMD
offerings.

I mean, it's getting to the point where Intel's marketing
dollars aren't enough to counter the AMD sales on the shelf
and at the server.
