Yes, I have switched it between several other "working" ports
and have recycled the smart hub. Nada.

Not really. It is her office and I it took me two years to get
her to use the machine. Now I cannot get her off it.

Well 100 ft (min) roll of Cat 5 is significant in view of the
fact that we have our house up for sale and we will be moving
into a much smaller home.
