The "real conspiracy theory" was whether Microsoft's lawyers outsmarted
Sun's so they set Sun up for this entire scenario.
I.e., license Java, break select terms they didn't care about, get Sun
to focus on the trademark, only to see a judge rule that Microsoft
paid for and had full rights to Java -- up until the point Sun actually
starting withholding code.
And then come out with a Microsoft trademark on it all.
Now _that's_ a conspiracy theory.
What happened is just what happened, however it did, and is factual.
