[Pc_Support] Quantum DLT4000, three lights flashing

Three lights have started flashing on our Quantum DLT4000 drive - Using 
Cleaning Tape (orange), Tape In Use (orange) and Write Protected (red).  
I'm going to borrow a cleaning tape and run it through the cycle to see 
if that does anything but it'll be tomorrow before I get that.  Anyone 
have any idea what could be causing this?  Thanks.
