The "GT/Ultra" 6600/6800 designate DDR3 SDRAM.
The "regular" 6600/6800 use "regular" DDR SDRAM.

It is mathematically impossible for someone who makes more than you
to be anything but richer than you.  Any tax rate that penalizes them
