[Pc_Support] PCI-Express video cards that need the powerconnector?

It's hit and miss.  My Saphire 9600 SE was a newegg refurb.  Came with all
the accessories, even though you're only guaranteed to get the bare card. 
I've heard from people have never have issues with Newegg's refurbs and
people who have, so ymmv.  (Of course after two new cards failing, I
wouldn't want to mess with refurbs either...)
