Anything 6800/7800 with have the PCIe power connector as they
exceed the 150W limitation of PCIe x16 slots.
If you don't mind splurging to just over $300, the GeForce
7800GT is the ultimate balance.
Sorry for all your issues. I haven't adopted the 6600 series
at all, much less the 6600GT.
I'll be on the lookout to see if anyone has a 6600GT PCIe
with a PCIe or Molex connector.
