[Pc_Support] Windows qns: dynamic disks reimage, dynamic software RAID?

I've got two quick Windows (XP) questions for the experts:

* Is it possible to create a dynamic disc on a clean drive then copy an 
existing partition onto it?

* Is it possible to add mirroring to an existing drive or does it have 
to be set up when the drive is first partitioned?
