I saw a tool cart at Harbor Freight Tools, here,

but, bought the one of chromed steel at Costco, for $49.  Don't see it on the 
web page, with the other Apex shelving.  Probably also in most supply houses.
I like the openness for heat dissipation, and to run wires through...
