Yeah, I found a review of a variant.  I actually have a Cooler Master right 
now I think.  It's been working fine, although I have no way of verifying the 
differentials on my rails.

Even though it fails the silence test, in this room I couldn't tell the 
difference anyway.  I think I might buy another Cooler Master since my 3xxW 
one is fine for the past 1.5 years and deal with the rebates.

Having had like $500 in outstanding rebates once, I'm pretty used to them 
these days.  It's too bad there hasn't been opportunity to use and abuse 
Office Max this past year.  A few years ago I ended up with so much free 
stuff after rebates from them.  CDRW, tons of CDRs, CDR cases, $25 40GB disk, 
and so on...
