Why would it matter, unless you sync frames to your refresh rate?  I'll never 
understand the insatiable question for faster and faster framerates.  I know 
in Quake 3 it was 'spoitable for higher jumping, if you pegged to some key 
framerate, but the lowest I think was 43 FPS, which isn't that high.
