[Pc_Support] Staying with 32-bit: PC3200 or PC4000, 166 or 200MHz Athlon?

What PSU do you have?  I'd be surprised if it didn't work with these
motherboards.  It may not do eight harddrives and five DVDR drives but
it should work.
